We apply several optimizations to reduce costs:

How do I get an API key?

Is there a free trial?

Is my data secure?

Yes. We only log metadata for billing (model, tokens). We don't read or store conversation content. See our commitment page for details.

Billing

How is usage calculated?

Usage is calculated based on input and output tokens. Prices vary by model. Check the pricing page for current rates.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Monthly plans - Your daily quota resets at midnight. If you need more, Ultra plan allows extra credits on request.
Pay-as-you-go - Simply top up more credits anytime. Your balance never expires.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, we have a fair refund policy:

Not satisfied? Request a refund and receive your payment minus the days used
Service discontinued? Full refund for remaining balance
Privacy violation? 100% refund plus related costs if proven

Refunds are processed within 24 hours, maximum 3 business days. In rare cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics), it may take slightly longer.

We believe in fair refunds - if your request is reasonable, we'll honor it.

What about fraud prevention?

We take payment security seriously:

Stolen payment methods - If we detect payment from a stolen account, your API key will be suspended immediately and reported to authorities
Chargebacks - If you initiate a chargeback/dispute through your bank after using the service, your API key will be permanently banned

Technical

What is the context window size?

Claudible provides a 200K token context window for all models. While some Claude models natively support higher limits (up to 1M tokens, depending on model), we optimize context to 200K to keep costs significantly lower. For most coding, research, and conversation tasks, 200K tokens is more than sufficient.

What models are available?

We provide access to all supported Claude models. Use the /v1/models endpoint to see the full list.

Is the API compatible with Anthropic's API?

Yes, we use the same endpoints and parameters as the official Anthropic API.

Does optimization affect model quality?

Our optimizations preserve 90-95% of the original model capability. The main difference is a 200K context window instead of the native higher limits. For most coding tasks, research, and conversations, you won't notice any difference. The models still run through official Anthropic channels.
